Established in 2015, The Beauty Room is the beauty destination in Naas, Co Kildare. Our team of experienced Beauty Therapist, Nail Technicians, Waxing Experts and Lash Extension Artists are here to bring the most effective beauty treatments for You. We believe that feeling good about ourselves improves our confidence and well-being. Our Policy (please read carefully before booking):

This Policies listed below have been put in place to help you have the best experience possible. If you still have questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to contact us on beautyroomnaas@gmail.com. We are always happy to help you.

What we guarantee?

We guarantee our work. If you have any concerns with the service you received, let us know within 2 days and we will fix it to your satisfaction at no extra charge. If the damage was made by you, accident the charge will be applied.

Cancelations

We require 24 hours notice if you have to cancel an appointment. If you need to cancel appointment on the same day of your appointment, your deposit is going to be charged and non refundable. You can cancel your appointment by phone or email or in person.

Arriving late for appointment

Please notify us if you are running late for your appointment. Failure to do so may result in your service being change to fit remaining time available. If you are at least 15 minutes late hand haven’t heard from you, your appointment will be treated as a NO SHOW and fees may apply.

No shows

Please be mindful and schedule your appointments right. If you won’t show for Your appointment without giving us a notice You will be charged 50 % of treatment value during your next visit plus deposit for all future appointments will be applied.

2nd no shows – Full payment of service will be required at time of booking.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on services.

Allergies

If you experience an allergic reaction to any of the products used during a service, please contact us immediately for assistance in assessing the situation. If you’ve experienced allergic reactions to any of the products in the past and think you may have an allergy to our products, please let us know before your appointment.

Patch Test

Patch test is always required before appointments such us: tint, wax, lash lift, brow lamination, lash extension, henna brows. Please notice that patch test should be done 24-48 hours before Your appointment. We are not obligated to remind you about the patch test ( especially during very busy months).
No patch test= No treatments provided
If You haven't done Your treatment (lash extension, lift, lamination, tint, wax or henna) in the last 2,5-3 years with The Beauty Room we require a NEW PATCH TEST .

Right to refuse treatment

Our salon staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.

Kids in the salon

As we are concerned with your and your children's safety, we strictly prohibit unsupervised children in the salon. In emergency situations, please provide proper supervision for them in the form of an additional caretaker.
