The procedure was explained to me in detail. It was quite painful at times but I had been told to expect this.
No bruising on legs today.

I got my usual good service from Sofia. She went through every stage, from old shellac removal to cuticle work, a thorough file of my nails , right to the end with great care and attention to detail. Very pleased
